About the role
We are looking for a brilliant and dynamic Barista to join our fun, hardworking and forward-thinking restaurant team in our ever-expanding Garden Centre, just north of Oxford.
Becoming part of our hospitality team means taking ownership from day one and producing a high standard of customer service. We are looking for someone to start a successful, rewarding, and exciting career with us.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educating customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and delicious beverages.
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.
