About us
Driver Hire Inverness provides employment on a full time permanent basic and occasional part time work.
We require a multidrop van driver with our client to based in Elgin. This will be an ongoing role, with the opportunity of an immediate start.
Job details (Jobs may vary) -
- Multi-drop Deliveries
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently.
- Drive a van safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized van.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the van.
- Load and unload cargo in a safe manner.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries.
Role Requirements:-
- Cat B Licence (UK Driving Licence)
- Under 6 points
- Good area Knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Benefits:-
- Monday- Friday
- Minimum Paid 8-hour Day - overtime after 8 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Elgin, IV30 8AZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
