About us
We are a small family run logistics company covering Walsall and Wolverhampton postcodes.
We are looking for a reliable Van Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting parcels from local businesses, bringing them back to our Walsall depot for sorting then dropping off at the delivery carriers in Birmingham
The Van Driver must be able to follow instructions, use maps/ SAT NAV, and adhere to all traffic laws. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a van in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations while driving.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Load and unload goods from the van.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Communicate with customers and other drivers on the road.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
