About The Role:
The Supply Team at TTG is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to oversee our Secret Cinema events. The ideal candidate is someone who has Box Office ticketing experience, with interest or experience working in live events, who would enjoy the opportunity to expand their skillset in a fast paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of our Secret Cinema events, ensuring that inventory and revenue are managed and reconciled through setup and onsale. You will work closely with Secret Cinema, Ticketing Operations and Ticketing Set Up to accurately maintain and manage events, ensuring an excellent customer and partner experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for live events to be involved with Secret Cinema’s exciting projects from start to finish. Our Supply team is dedicated to broadening access to live entertainment across the UK and beyond by building and maintaining our products and successfully delivering on initiatives for a wide reaching range of partners across the industry. Please note: This is a hybrid role and you must be willing to work out of our London office 1-2 days a week. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area.
What You'll Do:
- Setup and maintain events for Secret Cinema across all our outlets
- Reprice, allocate and manage inventory for owned channels and third party agents
- Work with third party agents to maximise sales growth and manage reconciliation, order updates and dispatch
- Execute on pricing strategies in conjunction with the producers and marketing team; setup and maintenance of deals/offers as well as repricing of multiple events
- Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting for both internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Work with our Ticketing Systems Provider to ensure optimal functionality of event on-sales
- Liaise with internal and external departments to act as the central point of contact for all ticketing processes with regards to Secret Cinema products
- Support Ticketing Operations as required including but not limited to the smooth running of access programmes, dispatch, new initiatives, and campaign management
- Build out process and documentation to cover all operational and setup elements of events
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Prior experience of running ticketed events
- An understanding of the ticketing life cycle of a live event in order to pro-actively help achieve great sales results
- The ability to work under own initiative and to deadline
- Strong organisational skills who is able to pivot and adapt to a varied work day
- Excellent communication skills
