Our dealership is open from Monday to Saturday and the schedule for this part-time position:
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Reporting to Service Manager, The Service Shuttle Driver not only drives our customers to their desired location but also greets our customers upon arrival and directs them to our Service Department.
- Parking vehicles in an organized fashion
- Directing Customers to the proper locations
- Drive their designated company vehicle in a safe, courteous manner at all times when directed
- Greet all customers in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner
- Ensure customers are picked up and delivered to their destination on time
- Record all pickups and drop-offs on the company log, and daily mileage.
- Keep their vehicles in a clean and mechanically sound condition
- Keep the Service reception areas clean, organized and tidy
- Sanitize incoming vehicles
- Other duties as directed by the Service Manager
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
You display a friendly and outgoing demeanor while interacting with other customers and coworkers. You are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with no demerits
- Previous experience working with the dealership is preferred
- Knowledge of roadways both within the city of Calgary and outside city limits
- Experience dealing with clients/customers in a patient, positive and respectful fashion.
The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Charlesglen Toyota is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
