Job Description:

There are excellent opportunities for Chartered or working towards Chartered Building Surveyors of differing levels from Graduate (2 years minimum experience) up-to Associate level to join this prestigious Consultancy's Property and Building Surveying Team based out of newly refurbished offices on a business park to the North East of Leeds.

You will join a team of busy, dynamic, motivated Building Surveyors engaged on a variety of projects throughout the Yorkshire region both in the Public and Private sector delivering project services including:

~ Planned maintenance and improvement schemes supporting numerous Local Authority frameworks.

~ Undertaking condition surveys, reports and providing Forward Maintenance plans on a variety of property portfolios and managing the resultant works.

~ Full contract administration and management of alteration/refurbishment projects on a wide spectrum of schemes including Education, High Street Retail and Residential.

Person Specification:

As Building Surveyors your level of technical abilities in delivering the full array of project services will be a given in line with your experience.

Equally important to our Client will be your personal skill sets in terms of how you get the best out of yourself and those around you whether it's internally with colleagues and peers or externally with Clients and other Stakeholders involved in the projects you will be delivering.
