Computer Science Apprenticeship

With the introduction of the Spillard Live platform in 2017 technology has become a major part of the business. As the award-winning camera telematics portal continues with its development the need for a staff member with a good understanding of the systems architecture, security and GDPR regulations will be paramount.
The role will include day release and study release to allow the successful candidate to eventually obtain a degree in Computer Science.
Initial the role will consist of:
Day to Day duties
- Accurate recording of information
- Data entry of vehicle information queried against engineer reports.
- Responding to any customer data requests.
- Escalation of errors identified and unresolved queries.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills Required
· Exceptional administrative skills with high accuracy & attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly via email and telephone.
· Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
· Computer software (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook) competence.
The starting salary will be £16,000 per annum.
