Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – Nuneaton – Hybrid Working - £27,000 to £29,000 per annum.

The Position:
We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growth team reporting into the head of sales. The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analysing company and industry data, identifying trends, and providing meaningful insights to drive sales growth. They work closely with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams to develop data-driven strategies and insight for decision-making processes.
What you will be doing:
- Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to the growth team.
- Collaborate with the growth team to develop data-driven strategies to improve performance in line with company goals.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Interpret qualitive and quantitative data providing market insight in the utilities markets that we operate in
- Segmentation of data to allow targeting of sales and marketing activities and demonstrable ROI KPI’s
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and statistical analysis.
- A proven ability to translate statistical analysis into actionable insights.
- Proficient in, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
The Package:
- £27,000 to £29,000 per annum with regular reviews
- Hybrid Working. 2 days in the office – 3 working from home
