Job description
Located at our Warhammer World facility in Nottingham, Bugman’s Bar is Games Workshop’s very own dwarven drinking hall! It provides all our visitors with an opportunity to relax in a comfy environment whilst enjoying a drink and a bite to eat.
Do you want to help grow sales in Bugman’s bar and restaurant by delivering exceptional customer service?
Are you excited by engaging with a wide variety of customers at pace, understanding what’s important to them and responding accordingly?
As well as serving food and drink you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards, stock levels and assisting with the smooth running of the facility.
We know what makes this job hard is to provide consistently exceptional standards of service to every customer no matter what.

Other Essential Information
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours, covering various shifts, 5 days over 7. Flexibility is required.
