Purpose of the Role
To work as part of our unique Brimstone Spa Team to consistently provide the highest possible standards of delivery of service. Demonstrating a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times, driving high standards in a quality service operation thus enhancing the client’s sense of wellbeing, balance and quality of life.
Role Requirements
You will be the first face our guests are greeted with when they arrive, and the last person they see as they depart. A brilliant opportunity for you to show them, and Langdale, your personality thriving in such a beautiful work environment.
Coordinate the meet and greet area assisting guests upon arrival and at touch points throughout their stay in the Spa.- Manage the daily booking system and daily cashing up duties; make sure that all customer bills are posted to the correct accounts
- To provide the foundation for the ‘retail sell’ via the preparation of a ‘client prescription’ and to explain the benefits of these recommendations to the client during each visit.
- Maintain a daily and weekly cleaning programme for all areas of the spa and equipment.
- Manage our thermal area and be visible in the Deli.
- Serving drinks within our Spa Deli, serving drinks to Guests within our Thermal experience too.
- Maintain an adequate provision of towels, robes and flip flops where applicable including management of department laundry.
- Contribute to the monitoring and control of stock in all areas of the spa
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
- To work as part of the Spa team, providing the highest standards to enhance the client’s sense of wellbeing, balance, and quality of life.
- Always adhere to departmental uniform standards, paying careful attention to personal hygiene and grooming.
- Hold a balanced, holistic approach to life and work in general, with a genuine passion for giving and receiving beneficial, health promoting treatments.
- Ahdhoc support to other areas of the business as /when required.
- Operate and maintain spa equipment after appropriate training

A few ‘need to knows’
- This role is offered with at the rate £11.25 per hour.
- Interview format depends on the position applying for, generally a virtual Teams call followed by an onsite visit. Where there is a good fit between candidate and hiring manager, a trial is often scheduled to allow candidates to test a role out for themselves! A new job has to be right for you of course. Depending on your existing location, we can accommodate overnight stays.
- Shift patterns consist of eight-hour shifts working over five days of our seven-day week. As part of our training programme (whether that be as a new starter or continuous role related training), colleagues are required to take part in all shift patterns.
- All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
