Job description
To support the efficient operation of the brewery, including brewing and supporting activities to ensure our product reaches the high standard Lacons expects.
Key Tasks:
Washing and preparation of casks & kegs for filling.
Racking of cask beer as directed.
Filling of kegs as directed.
Operation of onsite canning machine and mini-keg filler.
Transferring of beer from fermentation vessels to conditioning vessels.
Ensure that you comply with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy at all times.
Making sure that customers facing areas are clear and free from mess.
Cleaning of vessels ready for the brewing process.
Loading and unloading of lorries.
Preparation of grist for brewing.
Accurate collection of samples to comply with our quality control procedures.
Complete brew sheet to ensure compliance with key legislation.
Ensure all product is correctly labelled and casks are tracked.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
