Cheval Collection are recruiting Breakfast Waiting Staff to join the team at their contemporary bar and lounge, The Register Club. This impressive venue, situated on the fourth floor of The Cheval Edinburgh Grand, offers cocktails, light bites and afternoon tea with separate event spaces that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests for dinner or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.
As a Waiting staff you will be greeting our guests, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment, offering table service, ensuring that you deliver food and beverages orders in a timely professional manner and that payment for the orders is collected.
To be successful in your application you will have previous experience, ideally in a high-quality food and beverage environment and you will have a good knowledge of the art of food and beverage service.
