Role Food & Beverage Salary £15.00 an hour Type Casual Interview Process 1 Interview: 16th - 18th October Closing Date 12-11-2023 at 23:59 Location Oystermouth Road Swansea Swansea SA1 3BX Casual Chef de Partie As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of the kitchen team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef/Sous Chef and working with the rest of the brigade. The focus of the role will involve all aspects within the kitchen department. You will help support the kitchen team preparing and cooking fresh food in our busy programme of live music, comedy, theatre, conferences, and events. You will help support the kitchen team in maintaining the structure and cleanliness in our busy programme of live music, comedy, theatre, conferences, and events. This is a great opportunity to work in the events industry, in a 3500-capacity venue. If you are reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about developing your skills, then a job as a Chef de partie may be the perfect job for you. Reporting to all team members within the kitchen environment. Basic food preparation and cooking skills is required for this role, although these skills can be learnt on the job. Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen is essential. We welcome participants from all backgrounds to apply and appreciate transferable skills from other industries. Shifts can be fast paced within the kitchen and a great deal of stamina is a must. Being flexible and having a proactive mindset is essential for this role.
