Manager Position
For this position, we need you to be available between Sunday and Saturday. Sunday working will be on a rota basis.
Based at a store but may be asked to work in other stores as per contract.
The Hours are 40+ the salary will be competitive to the market plus bonus
You’ll fit right into Galloways as a Shop Manager if:
- You have experience in similar management roles.
- You have experience in the food industry preferably retail.
- The ability and experience to train and mentor a team new or existing staff.
- The ability to manage change, communicate with people and maintain the Companies highest standards of customer service that our loyal customers expect and deserve.
- Passion and drive to keep your store preforming along side your Assistant Manager following all Company policies and procedures.

Manager Role
The main duties are, organizing staff, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed to ensure we are trading safely and legally. Baked savouries are are specialty so may involve baking on certain days.
A full comprehensive training program will be offered.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and their own transport to be able to cover sickness and holidays within the company in any store.
