Job Description
Some key duties will include:
Meeting, greeting, and seating guests as they arrive for breakfast.- Maintaining the breakfast buffet, keeping it looking fresh, appetising, and topped up.
- Providing table service, taking orders, and delivering orders back to the table.
- Keeping an eye on guests ensuring their drinks stay topped up and hot.
- Cash and card handling/transactions. Working with a till system.
- Working with the kitchen to ensure orders are communicated well and the breakfast shift runs smoothly.
