We are a small friendly company based in Bradford specialising in Butchery equipment and essentials since 1978. We pride ourselves on being friendly, helpful and able to have the knowledge to advise our customers in the best way possible to ensure they get the best service. Due to the rapid growth of our business we are looking for an admin assistant. The role plays a crucial part in the delivery of the customer experience. Ensuring the smooth running of the front office, ensuring revenue is maximised at all times and that service exceeds our customer expectations.

Experience in the industry is not essential as all training will be provided.
Primary role responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Supporting business operations such as ordering supplies and deliveries
- Taking orders from customers and traders
- Producing quotes and invoices
- Data input
- Managing WhatsApp and social media accounts
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build up a good rapport and strong relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficent in Photoshop
- The ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Organisational/time management skills – able to organise time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week
Salary: £5.50-£13.00 per hour
