The Role
Our Sales Graduate Programme is an intensive training and development program designed for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in sales. The program provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of sales, offering you the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and knowledge essential for success in this field.
During the Sales Graduate Programme, participants will receive extensive training on sales techniques, customer relationship management, negotiation skills, and product knowledge. They will also be provided with ongoing coaching and support from experienced sales professionals, as well as exposure to a range of different sales environments, such as business-to-business (B2B), business-to-event (B2E) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
Upon completion of our Sales Graduate Programme, the successful candidates will have gained a deep understanding of the sales process, as well as the confidence and skills needed to excel in a sales role. They will be equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to build strong relationships with customers, close deals, and achieve their sales targets.
Please note - this is a full-time role, specifically based in Glasgow, so please ensure you are able to commute Monday - Friday.
