The People Team is responsible for the development of Industry leading people strategies. It is a future-oriented function with a focus on attraction and engagement of the best talent to drive growth and innovation in the world of sports and technology. Reporting to the Global Head of Rewards, you will be working on the company wide implementation of the reward strategy, delivering, and operating the reward framework and process for Sportradar. This position will be the key technical position within the Reward Team, having a broad remit, including compensation benchmarking for global locations, managing global incentive and equity plans, conducting highly technical reward analytics to assist reward strategy review, and providing technical support to other reward projects. THE CHALLENGE: Support the job levelling and market pricing benchmarking through management of a tool that combines external market data and internal data, partner with Reward Partners, People Partners, and business managers to level and benchmark roles globally. Create and maintain pay ranges which support business needs and compensation strategy. Manage the quarterly and annual global equity allocation and vesting processes, including maintaining the administration process, managing the service vendor, monitoring, tracking, and reporting plan operations, assessing the effectiveness of the plan. Develop and deliver tools to meet Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners’ needs around new hires, promotions, and/or relocation's cases, and bring value to Talent Management process with fast and quality reward intelligence. Build and sustain collaborative stakeholder management relationships at multiple levels and functions across the organization, particularly with the HR Systems team. Coordinate annual merit cycle by business functions and global locations. Maintain key metrics and measurements for total reward programs effectiveness. Provide recommendations by building technical databases and tools in response to business requirements. Be responsible for all regulatory reporting, including UK Gender Pay and Global internal gender pay reports. Producing quarterly dashboards for the business YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor´s degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field Previous demonstrable progressive Total Reward experience including working with HR Systems teams on tool design and improvements, end to end management of multiple (ideally 5+) annual reviews both via excel and systems (Workday experience a plus) Highly analytical mind, with strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skill and ideally a strong background in VBA/Power Apps and/or similar tools and internal team sharepoint sites, and employee facing content, HTML knowledge is an advantage.
