Job description
Great chef with a passion for good quality ingredients and a desire to prepare dishes from scratch. The role includes prep, short order cooking and plating. You will be responsible for producing beautiful brunch dishes under the supervision of the Head Chef and assist in keeping the kitchen running smoothly including food safety monitoring, stock control and placing orders.
The right candidate
·Will have minimum one year experience in a professional kitchen and a desire to grow and progress in this industry
·Have across the board cooking skills and attention to detail on finishing and plating
·Be hardworking, reliable and dedicated
·Demonstrate an ability to follow both written and verbal instruction precisely
·Be willing to undertake in-house training if necessary
·Be well presented and observe impeccable personal and food hygiene standards at all times
·Must be available to work weekends
