The Grand Hotel, Birmingham Breakfast Chef The kitchens at the Grand Hotel are a hive of chefs using their culinary flair to create appetising dishes. The first primary responsibility for this role is making sure our guests’ day gets off to the best possible start with a hearty and delicious breakfast that is cooked to order. Secondly you will provide staff lunches, to fuel and feed the hotel colleagues so we can all achieve our full potential.
