Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the restaurant kitchen- Create and develop new menu items and recipes- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards- Manage and train a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurantExperience:- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role- Strong leadership and team management skills- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food production- Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressureWe offer competitive pay based on experience.
