A day in the life of a Breakfast Assistant 25 week hours / 5 days in the Nine-B restaurant within the Novotel Leicester
As Breakfast Assistant, you will assist the management team in all aspects of your Breakfast team, as well as assisting with the setup for Lunches and Events within the restaurant. You will maintain consistent brand standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
Based in the Nine-B restaurant within the Novotel Hotel you will be part of a small (but mighty!) family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Your hours of work will start from 06.00 am to 12.30 or 07.00 am to 14.00
