If you are passionate about delivering brilliant customer service, you are self-motivated and flexible, always striving to find the best way of doing things - you belong at Bromford.

As a Service Coordinator your job is to provide support to the M&E Electrical & Heating teams. You will play a key role in scheduling and managing services across our estate and ensure maintenance works are actioned and completed successfully, using a variety of computer systems. Your role will have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people, fundamental in ensuring Bromford meets its regulatory commitments.

Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for gas services, repairs and heating installations – owning the process from start to completion.

You will help the team meet its repairs targets, working to achieve a first-time fix, learning from recalls and follow on works to drive efficiency and customer advocacy. You will be responsible for managing inboxes, ensuring all requests and follow-on work is completed within agreed timescales, monitoring and reporting on jobs from when they are raised to when they are invoiced, including checking and processing invoices, and you’ll be collaborating with our contractors to ensure our customers receive excellent, cost efficient, service. You will need to identify and highlight any issues as they arise and find solutions to resolve matters. You will also gather insight to help provide excellent customer service.

You should action emails and tasks promptly, building and maintaining good working relationships with your customers, colleagues and other teams across the business. You must ensure administrative compliance with policies and procedures and undertake other general administrative duties that might include taking minutes, raising purchase orders and other tasks relative to your role and team.

This is a permanent, fixed-based role, working 40 hours per week and you will be working from our Lichfield office. Due to the nature of the role a DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.

To be a successful service coordinator, we want you to:

  • Have experience in a customer focused environment
  • Bring knowledge of working with an electronic scheduling system (desirable)
