Pay & Hours:

For our Bread Baker roles we offer a competitive pay of £12- £14 per hour depending on experience working 45 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Sunday - Hours are between 19:00 - 04:00

Main purpose of job:

As one of our bread bakers, you will be making handmade and high-quality artisan breads. Previous experience in bread production is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

To prepare and bake a broad range of bread, buns and rolls to the Company’s highest standards of quality

Ideally each baker will train towards being able to work every section of production

As part of the team, ensure consistently impeccable standards of food hygiene and health & safety are maintained at all times.

What are we looking for?:

Knowledge of breads and artisan bread baking. Previous experience as a Bread Baker is preferred.

Be available to work within operating hours - able and willing to work weekends, nights, early mornings and/ or evenings as required

Possess proven skills in all aspects of bread production or the willingness and ability to learn

We require high quality standards, excellent timekeeping, and a positive attitude.
