Brasserie & Bar Manager

We are looking for a full time Brasserie & Bar Manager to delight our guest with amazing service all day every day.
You will bring your wealth of experience to Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa and will welcome the opportunity to manage any of our Food and Beverage outlets.

Working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, (shifts).

What we are looking for:
  • Proven track record in a similar position within F&B and preferably hotels.
  • High service quality standards with a driven and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Experience of working with brand standards.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comprehensive user of POS and inventory systems.
  • Holder of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Certificates.
