YOUR ROLE
- Join either Henkel’s Adhesives or Consumer Brands team as a Brand Marketing Graduate.
- Work with iconic brands such as Colour Catcher, Bloo, Schwarzkopf, Got2b, Live, Sellotape, Loctite, Unibond No More Nails.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market through analysis of market data and competitor activity.
- Assist with NPD: assist with the coordination of internal processes related to set-up and design of new products.
- Liaise with agency partners (PR, creative), to support the management of campaigns.
- Work with the digital team to create local digital assets across styling brands and ensure the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities (social media, e-commerce, brand websites)
- To help coordinate with the Sales and Category team to influence key launches and sales promotional activity
- Identify emerging trends that can lead to commercial opportunities.

This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of Marketing skills – brand & portfolio management; digital marketing & social media; new product development; commercial awareness.
YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage
- Positivity and a high energy level
- Passion for the Beauty industry
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
- Strong analytical skills
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 20th February – 3rd March 2023 but may close earlier if volumes are high
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of January
