Job description

What you'll be doing

Liaising with printers and production suppliers to request estimates, quotes, surveys, samples, ideas as well as placing orders, delivering artworks, and keeping all administration in order
Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure artwork proofs are checked, and be the conduit between the team and print suppliers
Liaise with suppliers on POS stock management
Liaise with suppliers on POS equipment
Liaise with stores and retail operation on ad hoc requests
Seeking sign off from project owners and keeping them updated
Working on projects across the Marketing Team as requested
Feeding in ideas and fresh thinking - newness is good!
Assisting in various teams or at events as needed
Liaising with other departments as necessary.

Skills/experience .....

Delivery of POs to stores on time and on budget
Managing Jira system correctly for stocks to stores
Managing and forward planning with suppliers for stock top ups on regular items
Managing costs and estimates - making sure we get the best prices and lead times
Team player and integration.
