365 People are recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator on behalf of our client based in LE4.
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate Insurance policies and paperwork with our Insurance Partners. Supporting the improvements by communication and awareness to the driving team, proactively dealing with third parties to reduce insurance claims.
· Maintain Accident and Investigation Records
· Liaise with the Head of Operations to ensure fleet compliance. Working with the Fleet Manager to coordinate fleet servicing, repairs, and legislative requirements.
· Coordinate Manual Handling of Equipment paperwork and inspections.
· Ensure the most effective usage of the company's resources & systems, including Tacho Master, Davies License Check, T100 Risk Management System.
· Keep up to date records of all operative training, vehicle compliance servicing and operations consumables purchasing.
· Weekly reviews of Tachograph Reports, reviewing driver infringements, processing infringement letters for the Transport Management team.
About you:
· A high level of attention to detail.
· Good problem solver looking to follow issues to their completion.
· Previous experience working in office admin, accounts or sales admin would be useful.
·Has experience in looking at drivers’ hours and transport compliance.
· A passionate, proactive & will-do attitude to work.
