Job Description
The key responsibilities will be the usual EA duties including but not limited to-
- Diary management
- Travel arrangement - complex multi-leg international visits
- Booking meetings/ lunches
- Assisting with presentation collation
- Being able to manipulate data on Excel
- Getting involved in project work
The Successful Applicant
This person must have worked at a similar level before and have -
- A sharp commercial mind
- Be proactive
- Be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
- Be confident and direct in their communication
- Be decisive and able to make decisions under pressure
- Be able to cope with a fast paced and changing environment
- Be able to take on more
- Want to develop their skills
- Be able to travel domestically
