Brand Manager – RSV
This is an exciting opportunity within GSK’s Vaccines Business Unit, to help launch our new Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine into the market. Working agilely with a broad cross functional team the BM will be responsible for supporting on the brand strategy and delivering a world class tactical plan with constant monitoring and refinement to ensure GSK is leading the way in RSV.
We’re moving towards a more sustainable future with our new headquarters. With better public transport links and proximity to world-class science and technology institutions, we’re excited for our move to the vicinity of Earnshaw Street, London WC1A (“the New HQ”).by end H1 2024.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the development of and execute clear strong marketing plans
- Own the end-to-end content development process focusing on delivery of assets and the constant iterative improvements throughout the content lifecycle
- Identify and monitor the appropriate channels for delivery of our assets to ensure they are reaching the right people and making the biggest impact possible
- Ensure all campaigns are ABPI compliant and to a high standard
- Engage and work with a diverse cross functional team to ensure a successful launch for the UK
- Support the development of cross functional ways of working for the new developing UK RSV team including taking a leading role in agile working across the franchise
- Collaborate effectively with Regional & Global partners to ensure best practice implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Marketing Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- An understanding or have previously worked in the UK Vaccines environment
- Knowledge and understanding of agile working
- Comfortable with creative thinking and problem solving
- Highly customer & patient focused
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
