Job description
Small, independent, friendly, traditional high street firm of solicitors seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have good timekeeping and organisational skills, and will be happy to help out where needed.
The position will include a mixture of clerical work and receptionist duties and so a willingness to meet and greet clients is essential. The successful candidate will act as Receptionist most afternoons.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- receptionist duties
- cleaning and tiding
- archiving/databasing
- stock taking
- assisting fee-earning staff with some administrative functions
- typing
Reliability, timekeeping, literacy, numeracy, attention to detail, the ability to accurately update databases, and a willingness to meet and greet clients in a professional manner are all essential skills that the successful candidate will have.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
