Brand Manager
About Us
We are currently searching for a Brand Manager to join our Fine Watches department.
As a Brand Manager you’ll act as a representative of our Brand partner, providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. Acting as a role model, people coach and product expert, you’ll drive sales and business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded, while maintaining a high level of pride in what you do.
Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build long-lasting client relationships, improving both sales and customer service with your knowledge and engaging personality. You will complete weekly trade feedback to provide insight into brand performance and to ensure the on-going success of our brand partner.
About the Role
Our Brand Manager is responsible for leading a team to success, providing a world-class service and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge. You will build a strong relationship with the brand to ensure the same vision is projected and achieve mutual business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Submit Sunday trading reports to the business and brand, with key information actions.
- Support the management team with daily taskings and action plans.
- Conduct brand training on brand history and product knowledge.
- Lead a team to achieve personal and team targets.
About you
You’ll play a pivotal role for Harrods. Your key focus will be to drive sales and act as a point of liaison to the brand partners. Day to day, you’ll need to be passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the shop floor experience, as well as being full of ideas and energy to drive trade. Depending on the position you may also manage sales colleagues, so experience in managing people would be helpful.
As well as these qualities, it’s important you have:
- Experience in customer service and building client relationships.
- A genuine interest and passion for watches.
- The organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- An eye for quality – we take pride in everything we do for our customers.
- Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
- A strong ability to work within a team.
- Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Be able to build strong relationships with your team and management.
- Have an eye for commercial awareness and able to make decisions on behalf of the management team to drive sales.
- Have the ability to lead a team and identify key areas of development.
- Enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets, personal and as part of a team.
