About the Role:
With new innovations and exciting expansion plans in place, there has never been a better time to join the Ferrero Group and the always refreshing #1 mints brand, Tic Tac! We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and helping drive the Tic Tac brand performance in the marketplace to ensure delivery against budget. The ideal candidate is confident in their understanding of the retail trade structure, intellectually curious about the brand and category performance and has an eye for creative detail when working with agency partners.
In this role, you will provide in-depth market and brand analysis to inform Tic Tac’s brand strategy within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category. The Assistant Brand Manager will work closely with the global and regional marketing teams, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand business performance and provide routine performance updates for the brand team and senior leadership
- Maintain a pulse on the competitive environment to assess the impact on the business
- Track holistic brand initiatives with defined and set KPIs
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver assets required for item sell-in, setup and in-market support (i.e., packaging artwork, selling story, product imagery, eCommerce content, etc.)
- Support the creation of persuasive presentations for go to market meetings
- Support the development of organic brand presence and manage social media content along with agency and brand manager guidance
- Liaise with finance and procurement to manage brand advertising and promotions budget, to accurately maintain brand’s marketing contribution
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing
- Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
- Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience working with consumer data, i.e., AC Nielsen
