Dooa Beauty is a London-based company, and a leading distributor of hair and beauty products with a strong international reach. Building on our 50 year heritage, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team to manage our portfolio of own brands.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development of the company’s brand and image, including but not limited to: product development, product branding, product packaging, sales and marketing, customer service, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing a brand strategy and implementing it across all channels and all regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a brand strategy for the company
- Design and implement a new product design process
- Design and implement a new sales process
- Design and implement a new marketing plan
- Design and implement an employee relations plan for the company’s employees
- Develop products that are aligned with the company’s values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field from an accredited university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in management, sales, marketing, branding, or similar role.
- Experience in creating marketing plans for new products or campaigns; or experience in creating new sales strategies; or experience in creating new customer service policies; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,688.00-£37,936.00 per year
