Key Accountabilities:
· Processing prescription and stock orders.
· Quality check on prescriptions, adhering to current guidance from relevant regulatory bodies.
· Quality check on documents submitted by customers, adhering to current processes and guidance from relevant regulatory bodies
· Booking in stock deliveries using our in-house computer system and replenishing pharmacy stock.
General dispensing duties
· Dealing with pharmacy queries on customer’s orders and prescriptions.
· Dealing with concerns raised by colleagues and customers regarding orders.
· Communicating with off-site administrative team and with prescribers on daily basis to resolve order queries.
· Involvement in Risk Assessments alongside guidance of Pharmacists.
· Involvement in development and review of corrective and preventive actions plans.
· Review of documents such as SOPs and work instructions.
· Apply governance principles in maintaining and improving existing pharmacy processes to ensure suitability.
To perform tasks as reasonably expected by Pharmacists and Operations Manager.

Technical / professional qualifications:
- GCSE minimum in Maths and English.
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification
Experience:
- Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical: 1 year (Required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Hours:
Mon – Fri: between 9am-6pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27-36 per week
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
