About the team
As a member of the growing ScriptRunner marketing team, you will be in charge of promoting and organising ScriptRunner's digital and face-to-face events, including webinars, customer events, and large-scale in-person events. Based on these insights you´ll manage these projects from start to finish, working with other departments to ensure success. This position is strategically placed within the ScriptRunner Brand, Content, and Communications team, which is distributed worldwide, and you will work closely with the rest of the ScriptRunner marketing team. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues in the wider Adaptavist Group marketing organisation and manage relationships with third-party agencies.
About the role
In this role you´ll be responsible for preserving the consistency and reputation of the ScriptRunner brand in various events, whether as a host, sponsor, or participant. You will also safeguard the brand's consistency and excellence in all marketing efforts, oversee projects that align with our brand objectives, and set a high standard for brand quality. Collaborating with both internal and external partners, you will ensure that all outputs and experiences align with our brand guidelines, brand promise, and brand mission. Additionally, you will explore potential opportunities to enhance our brand's impact.
What you'll be doing
Brand Marketing
Brand guardianship, reviewing/monitoring outputs (videos, creative assets, presentations, etc.) to ensure consistency and integrity of the ScriptRunner brand- Collaborate with content and commercial ScriptRunner marketing colleagues on brand-level campaigns
- Management of branded asset libraries and asset distribution (internally and externally)
- Monitor/measure brand awareness and sentiment, etc. and manage activity to positively impact brand metrics
- Continue to evolve the brand guidelines, which are and should remain a living document
- Identify and alerting the wider team to possible opportunities to leverage the ScriptRunner brand, internally or externally
- Develop an intermediate knowledge of our products, services, and solutions and how they are positioned across our ecosystems in order to understand how to showcase them across our brand touchpoints
- Support with brand positioning for new product launches or acquisitions
- Stakeholder management: collaborating with other key teams on the creation and maintenance of materials that help promote ScriptRunner’s capabilities to existing and potential clients/partners
Event Marketing
End-to-end event coordination, management, and execution of hosted and third-party industry events including goal-setting, contract review and administration with our Legal Department, logistic management, merchandise, venue and exhibition sourcing and management, booth design and more.- Work closely with Marketing peers and Sales Organisation to execute event and marketing strategies and plans for customer acquisition and market expansion; ensure appropriate follow-up of marketing leads
- Work with the wider Marketing Team (Content, Digital, Creative, etc) to create event communications (website, email, social) and promotion to drive meaningful attendance (ie. from target audiences) and high engagement with key prospects, partners and customers
- Set-up event programs in Hubspot to track results and route leads to marketing and sales.
Project Management and collaboration
Ensure all owned projects are delivered on time and within budget (cost estimation and expenditure tracking)- Define timelines, key input and outputs for each deliverable identified
- Continuous re-assess projects to ensure the objectives are met
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are managed and drive project momentum
- Be meticulous with filing and storing of project information
- Actively contribute to ScriptRunner marketing ideation sessions
- Conduct post-event/post-campaign evaluations and analysis; report and share results and recommendations with Sales and Marketing teams, identify tactics that are most impactful for acceleration of growth across the funnel
- Actively support and provide insight into the marketing team monthly reporting; latest trends, updating the team on results, making recommendations
What we're looking for
Experience in a brand marketing, event marketing or generalist marketing role Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-paced environment- Deeply customer-centric attitude
- Experience working within and influencing collaborative teams from inception to implementation, particularly with technical colleagues & external third parties
- Able to occasional travel
- Desirable Experience in a fast-paced, fast-growth B2B Tech environment
- Ideally working in/with a Product Marketing team/function
- Content knowledge and/or experience
- Atlassian product knowledge and/or experience
