My name is Tony and I’m a serial entrepreneur, and founder of a few businesses in wholesale, retail, and E-commerce. I'm the founder of Etta Vita, a dietary supplement company based in the US that specializes in naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness.

We are an American dietary supplement brand offering naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness. Our mission is to connect mind and body through vitality by providing the most effective herbal supplements to adults looking to elevate their wellness.
The name Etta Vita is a combination of both an English woman's name, Etta, meaning "ruler of the home" and Vita, a shortened version of the word "vitamin". We believe that herbs and plants provided by mother earth are what serve the body and rule the home. We are committed to providing the highest quality of natural supplements to help people live healthier and happier lives.
About the role:
We are looking for a Brand Ambassador Manager whose primary responsibility will be managing our brand ambassadors and ensuring they receive the products they need to review and share/submit their feedback. This role requires an understanding of Amazon, as we primarily sell our products on Amazon and must remain compliant with Amazon policies.
You should also have experience recruiting brand ambassadors, as you will be responsible for finding the right people to represent our brand. You will be expected to work closely with our brand ambassadors to ensure they have the resources and support they need to be successful. You will also send out and track payments to brand ambassadors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and mission and can help us find and retain the best brand ambassadors to represent us. You should be a strong communicator, organized, and have an understanding of the digital marketing landscape. If you have a creative eye and are comfortable with social media, that's a plus.

Requirements:
At least three years of experience in brand ambassador management, ideally in the Amazon space
Proven track record of successfully recruiting brand ambassadors
Experience in sending out and tracking payments to brand ambassadors
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
Passion for the brand and mission and dedication to helping the brand ambassadors succeed
Responsibilities:
Manage all communication with Brand Ambassadors, including follow-up and tracking of responses
Send and track payments to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensure understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service and use appropriate language in all communications
Stay up-to-date on Amazon’s TOS and make sure Brand Ambassadors are compliant
Provide Brand Ambassadors with timely and accurate information to ensure they efficiently meet their goals
Ensure Brand Ambassadors have the resources they need to succeed
Develop and manage relationships with Brand Ambassadors
Monitor Brand Ambassador performance and provide feedback as needed
