The Brand Assistant role at Misspap will suit someone immersed within the world of fashion and social media, who understands the latest trends across fashion, lifestyle, influencer and social. As a dedicated and socially-led Brand Assistant you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a strong brand identity for Misspap. You will work closely with the brand and creative team to implement brand strategies and ensure consistent brand representation across various platforms.
Life at Misspap is incredibly fast paced so someone who has a can-do and positive outlook is essential. No day will be the same as the role assists all elements of the Brand team so a clear communicator who is confident, approachable and highly versatile.

Misspap is a female ran brand focusing on curating trend driven, high quality investment pieces to buy now and wear forever. Expect to find statement pieces, exclusively designed in house at Misspap, taking inspiration from catwalk favourites and new season designs.
Marketers for the boohoo group have a reputation for being disruptors. We like that. When it comes to all things brand awareness and e-commerce, we’re not afraid to be brave. Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.
What you'll be doing
- Support the implementation of brand-related elements in marketing campaigns to ensure messaging and visuals are cohesive with the brand's essence.
- Coordinate content across all social media channels: including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into consumer preferences and market trends, contributing to the development of effective brand strategies.
- Assist Brand Executive with campaign projects, events, and community management.
- Proactively interact with our online community, build relationships with followers, and participate in relevant discussions to foster a loyal and active audience.
- Assist with management of day-to-day activity, call-ins and proactively pitching to achieve influencer KPI’s.
- Analyse and report on success on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including future recommendations to test.
- Assist with event coordination in planning and executing brand-related events, trade shows, and sponsorships, helping to create impactful brand experiences.
Please note this is a social, influencer and PR role that requires someone who has interest in a versatile role with a strong attention for detail.

- Organised and process-driven approach to work
- Proficient understanding of Social Media platforms and the Influencer Marketing industry
- Highly organised and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task
- Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail
- Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
- Strong eye for imagery and video aesthetic
- Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, happy to get involved in a variety of activities
- Team player able to work with teams across the business
- Required to travel to Events at our London Office Location, potential for international travel
