At Carefound Home Care we're looking for people to join our team as a professional live-in carer in Yorkshire. You'll need to be friendly, compassionate and keen to make a genuine difference to someone's life, plus you must have at least 6 months’ professional care experience. This vacancy requires you to be available to work across our local areas which are Yorkshire, Cheshire and Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities
- Live in our elderly clients’ homes on a 1 or 2 week on / off basis (or longer shift pattern to suit your lifestyle)
- Provide companionship and personal care
- Basic help in the home, shopping and meal preparation support
- Deliver specialist care based on training received such as dementia care or medication administration
Requirements
- At least 6 months’ professional care experience as a live in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, personal healthcare assistant or similar
- Warm, patient and compassionate with a clear desire to support others
- Enthusiastic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Must own a smartphone
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Ability to drive and have the use of your own vehicle is helpful but not a requirement
