Reigate Environmental Services Limited are a rapidly growing company and are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our office based friendly team.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable
- Reporting Aged Debtors to Review
- Credit Control on Debt Activity
- Sending out Client Statements
- Raising Sales invoices
- Reconciling Sales Ledger including CIS Tax Transactions
- Filing Remittance Advice Notes and CIS Monthly Statements
- Completing yearly Self Billing Agreements
- Credit Reports and Monitoring
- Managing the Credit Insurance Limits
Accounts Payable
- Approving and Inputting Purchase Invoices
- Reporting Aged Creditors
- Pay Run Schedule and Payments
- Cross Checking Supplier Statements
- Distribution of Remittance Advice Notes
- Completing CIS Sub-Contractor Monthly Statements
- Reconciling Purchase Ledger
- Completing Direct Debit Mandates
Month End/Year End Process
- Payments to HMRC
- VAT Returns
- Credit Cards Reconciliation
- Bank Accounts Reconciliation
- Sending Monthly Back-up for CIS Return
- Review P&L
Accounts Admin
- Updating Sage Projects with new Projects
- Reviewing Sage Projects Statuses
- Sending Live and Maintenance Jobs to Managers for Invoicing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
