We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, accurate and organised Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our successful and growing business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Accurate data entry
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions
- Apply technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations
- Process payroll and maintain employee records

Skills:
- Proficient in account reconciliation techniques
- Excellent financial report writing skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify discrepancies
- Accurate and efficient
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
- Technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations
- Proficient in payroll processing and maintaining employee records

  • - Experience using Xero (Essential)
  • - Experience in manufacting and MRP sytems(Advantage)

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
