We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. Are you an innovative self starter, ready to be part of our exciting journey?
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Maintain all books and ledgers for each site such as invoicing, bank statement reconciliation and journal ledgers
- Deal with supplier invoicing & payment queries
- Produce weekly GP report for the Controller and Directors
- Administer the stock management system and raise queries with Site Managers where required
- Carry out spot checks on stock levels to ensure counts are accurately reported by each site
- Monitor company KPI's for discounts, voids, wastage and cash variances and report discrepancies
- Discuss concerns with managers where required

- Strong numerical skills
- Efficient in high-volume data entry with minimal errors
- Intermediary level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in using accounts software's such Sage, Xero, Quickbooks or other similar packages.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise task
Requirements:
- Minimum completion of Level 3 AAT or any other relevant accounting qualifications
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
