General Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: 4 Coltrim Road, Moneymore, Co. Derry/Londonderry BT457QG
Working hours: 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00)
Salary: To be discussed (Competitive)
Key roles/ responsibilities
This role will support a wide variety of admin duties but not limited to:
· Daily financial processing into general ledgers.
· Processing payment, invoices, income, and receipts and data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
· Processing of sales ledgers.
· Processing of purchase ledgers e.g. purchase order and invoice processing.
· Develop monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit, and loss and balance sheets.
· General administrative tasks.
· Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
The essential criteria for this position are:
· Relevant experience in a similar role ( 1 year minimum)
· Computer literate including strong excel skills.
· Excellent administration & organisational skills.
· Good numeracy aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines and workload.
· Ability to work on won initiative and as part of a team.
