Main Purpose of Job: Cleaning our buildings and Holiday accommodation to the highest standards

Hours: 0hrs with various roles and times available with flexibility.

Job Overview: We are looking for a number of housekeepers to clean both our large complex building and our holiday accommodation.
Main Tasks of Job Include:
We are looking for people to do the morning building clean at our flagship site, this will be from 07:30 – 10:30, week days and weekends. The role will include, dusting, cleaning windows, mopping, vacuuming, using our scrubber dryer to clean flooring. This role will operate in nearly all parts of the building including the offices, public toilets reception, café and bar, bowling alley and soft play areas.
We are looking for people to clean our holiday accommodation, starting at 9:30 – 15:00, (negotiable), typically 2-3 days a week. This role involves working as a team, cleaning our static holiday homes to the highest of standards. Guests check out at 10am, and our House keeping team can then clean the accommodation from top to bottom, cleaning the windows, dusting, washing up, making beds, vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms before the new guests check in at 16:00.

Requirements
Holgates prides its self on its very high standards and our house keeping team at the fore front of setting those standards. Applicants should pride themselves on their own high standards. A good work ethic is required. Punctuality, presentation and an eye for detail are key to making this role successful. Ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints are important for this role.
