Duties to include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all
transactions, sales, receipts and payments
- Prepare sales invoices and issue to clients
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely
payments and collections including chasing outstanding debts and
resolving queries
- Reconciling bank statements and recording credit card transactions
- Processing supplier payments and staff expenses
- Preparing payroll information for accountant and processing payroll
- Maintain holiday records
- Maintain staff records
- Preparing monthly sales spreadsheet and cashflow

Book-keeper/Office Manager

We are currently seeking a book-keeper/office manager to join our dynamic team. As a book-keeper, you will play
a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth operation of our company’s financial
activities. Ideally experienced with Sage / Xero accounting software. Must be able to manage own time and
communicate effectively both internally with the team and externally with clients and suppliers and other agencies.
