Job description
The key responsibility of the postholder is to: To communicate effectively with users, technical staff and project teams alike across all ability levels to interpret customer requests into practical, secure and resilient application of the systems. To work on Business As Usual (BAU) tasks related to existing infrastructure and services. To work on infrastructure projects in order to develop and improve the current systems, platforms and infrastructures. Provide technical guidance to other members of the Digital Services team to enable them to provide support to users within the organisation.
