Job description
We are looking for high energy, friendly, outgoing and positive person to run our sales team and look after our bookings. You have to have passion for food and drinks and understanding of hospitality business as a whole is essential.
Main responsibilities:
Bookings:
- Managing bookings and events team: including rota and holiday cover
- Overseeing all bookings and pre-orders
- DMN: managing all of the changes and updates on Collins - Adding pre-order system for Christmas bookings; Pre-orders and Offers adding / amending
PR and Social Communications:
- Managing all social accounts / add content
- Management of influencers and press
- Listicles
- Manage all Social Accounts associated with Albion & East
Music:
- Rota all DJ’s 2 months in advance
- Recruit all new DJ’s to company terms and rates.
Administration:
- Phone system management
- Gift Cards: managing site and sale of all cards + sending out to customers once purchased
- All in house printing / collateral / menus
- Monthly company newsletter
Purchasing:
- Access to company Amazon and purchasing accounts.
- Access to company credit card for all purchasing.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Collins system.
At least 1 years experience in sales manager role in hospitality.
Role is for 48hours contract, 28 days holidays, between £35k-£37k per year plus bonus.

Salary: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
