The role…
We are looking for causal data proofreaders and casual content proofers to support our internal teams:
Casual Data Proofreader: In this role, you would support the research team by proofing data reports, working with qualitative data and other tasks depending on project requirements.
As a Data Proofreader your responsibilities will include:
- Rigorously checking the accuracy and consistency of data and formatting in a variety of client reports and results dashboards
- Ensuring accuracy of graphs and charts, numerically and visually
- Reviewing the visual details of documents, including layout, alignment, text, colours, fonts and imagery, to ensure design meets the highest specifications
Casual Content Proofer: In this role, you would support the team by proofreading a variety of documents, from our data-led reports to our creative communications outputs.
As a Content Proofer your responsibilities will include:
- Rigorously checking the accuracy and consistency of content, language and design in a variety of documents
- Ensuring perfect spelling, punctuation, grammar and stylistic adherence to brand guidelines
- Reviewing the visual details of documents, including layout, alignment, text, colours, fonts and imagery, to ensure design meets the highest specifications

We allocate work based on your availability one week in advance, in return we offer good rates of pay. During busy periods we may have more hours available than at other times of the year
About you…
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- A high level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliability
- A good level of numeracy and excel skill /An excellent command of the English language
- Time management and planning skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
- At the time of starting their employment the successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK
