But behind the scenes at Head office there is an army of dedicated specialists working passionately to keep our salons fully operational 7 days a week.
At Headmasters, we are transforming the way people feel about their hair; I guess you could say we are in the business of making people feel good! To support the epic growth of the company we are now looking to expand our booking centre team with a dynamic call centre coordinator.
About our Booking Centre:
The Booking centre is a crucial part of the Headmasters operation, coordinators are the first point of contact for thousands of our loyal clients which may be looking for hair recommendations or to secure an appointment with their favourite stylist. In this role you will schedule these appointments for the salons and control and support the workflow and workload of each salon.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Managing stylists’ appointments and diaries.
- Bridging the link between the client and their stylist.
- Co-ordinating appointment cancelations.
- Offering support on hair recommendations and our services.
- Supporting our client “Live Chat” service via our website.
- Liaising with salon managers to match stylists’ skill set to the right client.
Job requirements and things we'd like to see in you:
- Previous telephone experience in a customer service-based call centre/busy office environment.
- Excellent questioning & listening skills are essential.
- Pro-activity. You identify areas for improvement and build solutions that can help our clients.
- You thrive in an environment of unrelenting pace & work well under pressure.
- The ability to multi-task & have great organisational skills.
- Excellent people skills & communication & able to work well as part of a team. You believe in the power of communication and focus on building relationships long term. To always provide a welcoming & professional service to the client.
- Computer literate (using a variety of different software platforms e.g. Outlook, Shortcuts, Word etc) (although training will be given on Shortcuts).
- Ability to deal with telephone/e-mail queries, fast & efficiently.
- Ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
- Ability to use own initiative & seek help when required.
- Flexible attitude & willingness to adapt & support any changes implemented by management.
- Most importantly, you love hair and are excited about influencing the way people feel about their hair service.
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Job Types: Full Time - 8:30am - 6:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm
