(A PART TIME POSITION/ FLEXIBLE HOURS) - ZERO HOURS CONTRACT, MAX 3 or more DAYS

The Eggfree Cake Box is a company part of a large franchise which specialises in fresh cream celebration cakes. We are one of 110 plus branches in the UK and have excellent systems in place which is helping us grow even further.

FOH & BOH Team Member

We are looking for like-minded, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team at the Front of House (FOH) And Back of House (BOH). It can be a fast pace environment but a fun place to work in. No previous experience is required as you will be 2 Weeks training and will be supervised from day one. We just require the keen attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience of working in retail and kitchen would be an advantage.

Some of the Duties & Responsibilities include,

• Preparing the shop before opening
• Maintaining front of house cleanliness throughout the day
• Working in conjunction with our back of house team members to maintain the Cake Box standards
• Keeping a check on quality of cakes leaving the shop
• Greet and deal with customers requests with a smile
• Serve customers and take payments using the cash register and card machine
• Taking cake orders from customers
• Boxing cakes and slices correctly
• Cashing up at the end of each day
• End of day cleaning with all staff, including mopping the floor and sweeping
• Training up to make cakes and bases
• making slices and combing cakes

Pay minimum wage.

All trainee FOH & BOH personnel will start on the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage. Wages are paid every 4 weeks directly into your bank account.
